XPO Logistics Bags A Top 10 Spot

XPO Logistics, a leading provider of innovative and sustainable end-to-end logistics solutions across Europe, has landed a top 10 spot as one of the most sought-after employers in the prestigious Cibyl Sector Rankings 2025.

XPO Logistics is ranked 7th against stiff competition in the Logistics, Transport, and Supply Chain sector for 2025, making it one of the top companies in this field for attracting and nurturing early and emerging talent.

More than 60,500 undergraduates and graduates across more than 160 universities in the UK and Ireland were surveyed to find out which companies they felt offered the best employment conditions for them in different sectors.

The Cibyl Graduate Survey found that respondents who aspire to work for XPO Logistics care more about equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) than the average respondent. ED&I ranked 7th out of 18 possible options, based on the expectations of their future graduate employer. This is also one of the personal values rated most highly by the 24% of respondents when asked what they are looking for in their career.

Almost half of the respondents (47%) believe that their career options are primarily determined by their social background. When it comes to those with a low socio-economic background, who are Asian, or have a mental health condition, this percentage increased to 55%, 52% and 53% respectively.

Values-driven graduates and undergraduates are increasingly choosing employers based on the support culture within the business and the level of focus on inclusivity. For example, nearly one in three respondents (29%) want to learn more about the diversity of the workplace.

XPO Logistics not only prioritises these areas, with a specific focus on Neurodiversity and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion, but also fosters a broader culture of care that places employee happiness, wellbeing, support, and safety at the heart of everything it does.

Lynn Brown, vice president, human resources—UK and Ireland, XPO Logistics, said: “We are delighted to have placed 7th in the Cibyl Sector Rankings 2025 across the UK and Ireland, showing we are an employer that graduates and undergraduates value highly. It’s great to see the hard work we have put into ensuring our inclusive policies are not only seen as a success internally, but externally too."

“The competition to hire the right recent graduate candidates for global companies like XPO Logistics is fierce. So, we will continue to implement and support inclusive policies along with our wider culture of care, to continue to attract top talent, and make all colleagues feel at home.”

XPO Logistics is a leading innovative supply chain company in Europe, offering end-to-end logistics solutions that combine full-truckload, less-than-truckload, pallet distribution, last-mile delivery, global freight forwarding, and warehousing services. The company tailors its solutions to the specific needs of its customers in a wide range of industrial and consumer sectors.
