Tūn Brewing Company Ltd., the latest name in Manchester’s craft beer scene, is thrilled to announce the release of its third beer: Gem State of Mind. This 6.5% ABV New England IPA is a hazy, juicy brew packed with tropical fruit character, delivering a pillowy mouthfeel and a clean, refreshing finish.

Brewed with a combination of extra pale malt, torrefied wheat, torrefied oats, Cara Pils, and dextrin, Gem State of Mind achieves a luxuriously soft and pillowy body. Idaho #7 and Citra hops take centre stage, offering vibrant notes of mango, pineapple, and citrus, complemented by subtle pine and stone fruit undertones. Fermented with Pomona yeast, this IPA enhances the juicy hop expression while keeping the finish crisp and balanced.
