A property asset management (PAM) specialist with property consultancy Vail Williams has been promoted to associate.
Emma Cooper, based in the firm’s Reading office in the Thames Valley region but with a wide-ranging role, was previously a senior surveyor. A dedicated property manager with a proven track record in property acquisition, stakeholder collaboration, budget and asset management, she is instructed by many clients across England.
Her portfolio varies from industrial units, multi-let office, office parks to retail and properties where she is responsible for asset management, lease event.
Prior to joining Vail Williams, she successfully managed a property portfolio for a major national charity retailer for over eight years, during which time she was involved in property and lease management – from acquisition to dilapidations and everything in-between. Emma commented:
