Wayne, an industry titan, with an unrivalled track record and exceptional knowledge of Hard Surface Repair and restoration joins Dan Lockyer and David McCarthy, based at the firms Southampton head office on 7th April 2026.

Wayne brings a career of experience - Regional Management, Head of Sales, Head of Marine Services - literally hundreds of cruise refits over 20 years, across every continent; an all-encompassing view of both Hard Surface Repair and the cruise sector accompanied by his reputation and professionalism helps further bolster SMS’s market leading position in the refit and refurbishment space.

As ‘Head of Repair and Restoration’ Wayne will drive additional service lines to long-established core customers and introduce new clients to SMS’s ever expanding customer base.
