An integrated built environment consultancy has won a top industry award sponsored by property finance lender MSP Capital.

Ridge and Partners LLP scooped the Fast Rising Property Business of the Year Award at the South Coast Property Awards. Co-ordinated by The Business Magazine, this year’s awards night attracted an audience of developers, planners, consultants, agents, lawyers and dealmakers to the Hilton Southampton at the Utilita Bowl.

Ridge and Partners LLP saw off strong competition from fellow businesses in the property and construction sector to win their category. The award was designed ‘to recognise a market leading increase in sales, headcount, profitability, market share or geographical expansion during 2023’.

As well as being an award sponsor, MSP Capital provided two senior colleagues to help with the judging process, Associate Director of Credit Lee Merrifield and Head of Marketing Rachel Bartlett.
