An Evening With Mary Lawson Hosted By The Cobham Bookshop



Readers in Cobham and the surrounding area are in for a treat this November, when acclaimed Canadian novelist Mary Lawson visits Cobham for a special evening hosted by The Cobham Bookshop. She will be celebrating the publication, that day, of her new novel Solace in Winter.


Mary Lawson is the much-loved author of Crow Lake, The Other Side of the Bridge and Road Ends. Her beautifully observed novels explore family, community, relationships and the places we call home, and have earned her readers around the world.


Join Mary for an intimate evening of conversation about her life and work, her approach to writing and the stories behind her acclaimed novels. She will be in conversation with Dana Morris, CEO of Wales Arts Review. There will also be an opportunity for audience questions and book signings of Solace in Winter.
